We can be your Buyer Agent or Seller Agent or both at the same time making us a Dual Agent.

My office deals in residential, (multifamily and single family dwellings), farm land, and vacant lots.
We offer a Market Analysis to determine the value of the property you are selling or the one you are buying.
We belong to the Multiple Listing Service that is structured under Capital Area Association of Realtors in Springfield, Illinois. This service enables us to give more exposure to your property. Other agents who belong to this service can get into the MLS data base and search for properties that meet their clients criteria and set up showing appointments. It allows your listing to automatically go on a nationwide websites including www.realtor.com, www.google.com, www.cyberhomes.com, www.aol.com, www.trulia.com, www.oodle.com, Homescape, www.MyREALTY.com, www.edgeio.com, www.Hotpads.com, Vast, PropSmart, www.clrsearch.com, www.yahoo.com and www.zillow.com. Buyers can find your property from anywhere in the USA or abroad.
My office belongs to the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR). These organizations, including my local MLS holds us to a strict Code of Ethics.
As a home seller or home seeker, you should know that the term REALTOR identifies a licensed professional in real estate who is a member of the National Association of Realtors. Not all licensed real estate brokers and sales persons are members of the NAR, and only those who are can identify themselves as REALTORS. They conduct their business and activities in accordance with a strict Code of Ethics. Anyone who does not belong to the NAR can only be called an Agent or a Salesperson.
