FIRM FOUNDATIONS REALTY KEEPS GROWING
Brenda S. Campbell, Broker/Owner of Firm Foundations Realty in Carlinville announces the addition of another new agent, Lisa Erdelen. Lisa presently lives in her home town of Hillsboro where she graduated in 2001. After high school Lisa attended Lincoln Land Community College graduating with an Associate in Arts. Continuing her education at the University of Illinois at the Springfield campus, she will graduate in May of 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Sociology/ Anthropology and minoring in Psychology.
When Brenda asked Lisa why she wanted to become an agent with her office Lisa responded, “ I have watched your office and seen the success of your other agents and want to become a part of a team of people who respect one another, want to see each other succeed and promote honesty in their dealings.”
Lisa is presently the Office Manager / Assistant at Honey Bend Resort in Litchfield where she has been employed for the past 6 ˝ years. “Lisa is goal oriented and willing to go the extra distance for people,” said Brenda. “Obviously, she is disciplined to be able to do what she already does.”
One of the requirements to become an Agent with FFR is to join the Capitol Area Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and the Illinois Association of Realtors, which enables agents to be called a Realtor. These organizations require their members to follow a strict code of ethics and hold accountability to them, as well. Lisa will be taking an Orientation Class required by CAAR which includes a class on ethical conduct for this profession. CAAR members belong to a Multiple Listing Services that aids in locating property for buyers and markets property for sellers in a wide array of ways. Their data base concept enables FFR to do paperwork via email which decreases time spent and adds convenience to their clients.
